We begin each project with a 30 minute in-person consultation with our founder, Annie Schmidt or a head project manager. At the consult we will walk the space(s) and determine the following:
We will choose the size team we need to complete each job in a timely manner. We are experts at knowing how many organizers we need to complete each project to SOS perfection! A general estimate will be discussed up-front and a proposal will be emailed to you before the install. No surprises!
Travel fees apply for projects outside of Dallas proper.
All product used is passed along at retail cost.
Sourcing fees apply for large projects to cover the cost of ordering, inventory, unboxing, transport and returns.
After each install, SOS provides guaranteed satisfaction. We almost ALWAYS have extremely happy customers, but if something isn’t working for you - we will fix it! Any changes or returns will be completed to 100% customer satisfaction.
Once final project is approved, we will provide a full invoice with all product and labor breakdown. We accept all forms of payment.
